Need:
- SOLIZE to setup a dedicated BIW Fixture Design/Simulation Team both in Offshore (SOLIZE, Bengaluru) and Onsite (Customer Location) for an Automotive Tier 1 supplier.
- SOLIZE to be able to Support Tier 1 Supplier’s design center in the areas of BIW Fixture Design and Simulation activities.
Outcome:
- SOLIZE successfully set up a dedicated Offshore and Onsite Team for an Automotive Tier 1 supplier to provide support in the areas of BIW Fixture Design and Simulation activities.
- SOLIZE has successfully supported in projects for Underbody, Body sides and Closures.
- SOLIZE successfully supports the customer in Planning, Fixture Design, Simulation, Offline programming and Manufacturing support.
- SOLIZE’s expertise and cost competitive services in the area of BIW fixtures addressed the customer’s engineering requirements and business challenges to deliver significant value to the OEMs.
- SOLIZE has successfully demonstrated, the ability to seamlessly migrate and deploy customer processes and methods at our Global Delivery Centre located in Bengaluru. This has translated into execution efficiencies which are in-line with our customers' requirements.
- SOLIZE Offshore and Onsite Team is using the following tools extensively: CATIA V5, Process Design / Process Simulate, Delmia.
