SOLIZE Corporation considers that handling the personal information retained by SOLIZE Corporation properly in order to comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (hereinafter, "Personal Information Protection Law") and other related laws and regulations, as well as to protect the rights and interests of all is its important social responsibility. To this end, we have established the following basic policy on the protection of personal information.

1．Compliance with relevant laws and guidelines

SOLIZE Corporation shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws, and applicable laws and regulations concerning the handling, management, and use of personal information stipulated in the "Guidelines for the Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and other guidelines.

2．Purpose of handling and retaining personal information

SOLIZE Corporation shall use personal information within the scope of the purposes described in “Concerning the handling of personal information”.

3．Matters related to safety management measures

SOLIZE Corporation will strive to protect personal information at all times by managing it properly and securely. In regard to the safety management measures of personal information, a separate set of “Personal Information Protection Regulations” will be established. In addition, safety management measures such as development of organizational structures, employee education and training, and physical and technical measures to prevent leaks and other accidents will be taken, along with necessary and appropriate supervising of our contractors (including subcontractors). We will continue to maintain and improve these protection activities.
