Skill Sheets Help Us Assign the Best Engineers
SOLIZE utilizes skill sheets, which contain engineers’ personal training and work histories. Each engineer’s skills and abilities are evaluated and visualized by running skill tests. Career plans for each engineer are traced carefully, providing further appropriate training if necessary. Engineers are required to attend customized trainings to equip them with knowledge specific to each customer.
Information Security Control
We sign nondisclosure agreements with our customers. Attention to information security control is so important for each engineer that they are instructed thoroughly about the rules of such control as part of their initial training.

Our offices—Global Engineering Center-Yamato, the KantoArea Branch, and East Japan Branch—conform to Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards, and are ISO/IEC27001 certified. We continue to improve our information security systems, and are committed to handling our customers' information assets appropriately.
Offshore Engineering
In cooperation with engineers in India and China (Shanghai) as bases for offshore engineering, we offer quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) globally.
Quality & Security Control
SOLIZE India Technologies Private Limited has acquired certification in the ISO9001 quality management system, and is making efforts to improve customer satisfaction through quality assurance of products and services. Data is transferred between Japan and India via a high security FTP service. SOLIZE India manages and operates in accordance with the confidentiality policies of SOLIZE (ISO27001 certified).
