Sales and maintenance of 3D printers

Sales, maintenance, and leasing of 3D printers

SOLIZE has been working as a distributor specializing in industrial 3D printers that can handle everything from R&D to product manufacturing since 1993.

With over 30 years of experience in 3D printing, and with our reputation and track record as an authorized distributor of 3D printers, we provide comprehensive support for our customers' use of 3D printers, from the sales of printers, maintenance, data processing software, to post-processing proposals.

The first company in Japan to introduce 3D printers and start a prototype production service in 1990

SOLIZE has been using 3D printers in manufacturing for over 30 years.
We have one of the largest fleets of high-end industrial 3D printers in Japan. Since our founding in 1990, we have continued to accumulate operational knowhow as users and refine our 3D printing technology.

Characteristics of the service

The industrial 3D printers SOLIZE distributes can be used for a long time with appropriate maintenance.
When choosing devices, it is easy to be drawn in by the specifications and functions. However, the reliability of the support and the quality of the maintenance support the distributor provides are just as important as the performance of the devices.
SOLIZE not only cooperates with manufacturers on technical matters but also uses the knowhow accumulated over many years of operating devices to maintain customers' devices, achieving stable operation and management of the devices.

  • Has sold, supported the introduction of, and maintained over 210 3D printers for 130 companies
  • A certified distributor for 3D Systems and HP 3D printers
  • Can conduct in-depth verification (cost, productivity, material properties, generative design) before the device is introduced
  • Maintenance service that realizes stable device operation once the device is introduced

Flow for introducing 3D printers

装置導入の流れ

In recent years, the productivity of industrial 3D printers and the material properties that they can produce have improved dramatically. As a result, the range of applications for 3D printers has expanded from their traditional use in prototyping to their use in the production of jigs and tools and final products, and they are being used in increasingly sophisticated ways.
In particular, when producing final products using 3D printers, it is important to take a design approach (generative design) while also considering cost, productivity, and material properties. For this, it is essential to carry out in-depth verification before introducing the device.
SOLIZE, as a user of 3D printers for many years, can carry out the kind of verification that other companies find difficult before introducing the device.

3D printer maintenance service

SOLIZE is one of the few distributors in the world that provides both AM services and sells 3D printers.

Since its establishment in 1990, SOLIZE has continued to accumulate operational knowhow as a user and refine its 3D printing technology. Production 3D printers are devices that can operate for several years or more if maintained properly. When choosing devices, it is easy to be drawn in by the specifications and functions. However, the reliability of the support and the quality of the maintenance support the distributor provides are just as important as the performance of the devices.

SOLIZE's maintenance service provides long-term support for customers' 3D printing operations from regular maintenance, emergency support, and technical support.

3D printer operating lease

お取り引きについてのイメージ

SOLIZE offers operating leases for all types of 3D printers, including stereolithography printers, selective laser sintering printers, metal 3D printers and the ProJet® series, through leasing companies.
Operating leases are treated as expenses for accounting purposes, making it easy for customers to introduce high-performance 3D printers.
In particular, we can lease the ProJet® 6000 and ProJet® 7000 at a total operating lease amount equivalent to their standard sales price.
