SOLIZE Canada Corporation acquires HR Business of Ontario company ～Strengthening Key Offerings in North American Market～

SOLIZE Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasutoshi Kudo) is pleased to announce that SOLIZE Canada Corporation, based in Ontario, Canada (100% owned by our US subsidiary SOLIZE USA Corporation), has acquired the business of RACAR Canada Inc. which provides engineering human resource services mainly in Ontario, effective February 17, 2025.

SOLIZE has established a strong foothold in the U.S. market through its existing business of human resource services and offshore contract development targeting the automotive industry. In addition, we are expanding new services such as software agency and system development. The acquisition enhances its ability to provide seamless, integrated engineering services across the region while gaining access to top engineering talent and proximity to major automotive hubs.

SOLIZE has expanded its global presence by building a five-pole system in Japan, the U.S., China, India, and Europe. This system is designed to support the global product development of client companies and attract exceptional talent from around the world.
