Notice of Establishment of SOLIZE Canada Corporation and Launch of Operations

SOLIZE Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasutoshi Kudo) is pleased to announce the establishment and business launch of SOLIZE Canada Corporation.

SOLIZE has expanded its global presence by building a five-pole system in Japan, the U.S., China, India, and Europe. This system is designed to support the global product development of client companies and attract exceptional talent from around the world. In the U.S., we continue to provide human resources services and offshore contract development, primarily for the automotive industry. Additionally, we are expanding into new businesses such as software agency and system development.

Ontario—Canada’s largest economic zone—is home to many of our business partners and hosts a diverse range of industries. The expansion of our operations in Canada alongside the U.S. will help us strengthen and solidify our presence in North America. This includes accelerating new business ventures and efficiently growing our human resource services through operational synergies with our U.S. subsidiary.
